Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
